Please note: Your interface may be different, depending on what type of iPhone and what version it is running on, but the steps should be very similar.
1. Navigate to your device settings page, from the home screen of your iPhone.
2. Tap 'Mail, Contacts and Calendars', and then 'Add Account', then 'Microsoft Exchange'.
3. Enter your email address in the email address and username field. Leave the domain field blank. Type your password, then tap 'Next', and verify your details.
4. Now make sure all the items are turned on. Then save the settings and return back to mail, contacts, and calendar. Scroll down until you see the mail account sub heading.
5. Tap 'default account', and change it to 'Office 365'.
