Android email setup

Please Note: Every android device is different. Your interface and steps may vary, but they will be very similar.

1. Navigate to your device settings page.

2. Go to accounts and sync, and tap 'Add Account', like in the screenshot below.

3. Tap 'Email', and type your email address and password to create the account on your android phone.

4. Tap 'Exchange', and type the credentials with the server name, "outlook.office365.com"

5. Tap 'next', and it will start validating your server settings, and when prompted for a security alert, click 'ok' to allow.

6. Select the inbox settings to sync your emails. Click next.

7. When the email account is created, it will prompt you to type an additional name. Type the name, and click 'next'. On the home screen, tap 'Email App'.

8.  Once you tap 'Email App', it will start synching your data to mobile, and if it gives you any security update, accept it.
